Modify account upgrades page

I would like to offer TrialPay abilities to my users. I know I'll have to manually upgrade, but is it possible to modify the upgrades page and add some code under specific buttons? Like add different code to different buttons and not all of them.

You will need an add-on to do that as it's not a trivial change.
