XF 1.4 Moderators Group did not transfer

When I imported, the moderators group (contained forum moderators- there is a separate group for super-moderators, which did get imported) did not come over.

Is it not allowed to have a moderator's group? Is there a problem with having one?

Which forum software?

For example, the vB importer maps vB's default Moderator group (id 7) to XF's default Moderator group (id 4). It does not create a new group in that case.
