XF 1.5 Moderator unlock Conversation

A moderator has been part of a conversation that was "locked" by a user, so can't reply. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be possible to unlock the conversation from the mod/admin side.

Am I missing a permission setting somewhere, or is it not possible to unlock a conversation that was started by someone else?

Generally, only the conversation starter can edit the metadata/options for a conversation, which includes the open/closed state.
