XF 1.2 moderator to lift ban

how can i let a super moderator or a moderator to lift ban?

We use warning system and when user gets certain points, they get banned for 4-14 days. Sometimes warning by mistake gets them banned and mods dont know how to lift, and i dont see an option for mod to lift bans.

Delete warnings is there yes.. but that doesn't unban.

Also how can mods search all ips of a user and get more users based of those ips?

If you ban someone for a period of time, the ban can only be undone in the admin control panel. (If you ban while above a points level, deleting the warning would remove the ban.)

IPs searching is generally only available in the control panel, though the spam cleaner may provide some information.
