XF 1.4 Moderator floating window (change position)

Most of times I use this link to moderate threads http://prntscr.com/9irgd6, however the positition of the other moderator tools window is kinda annoying when selecting threads. How can I change the position of this window? http://prntscr.com/9irfcg

Changing the position of this would require custom development (in the JS).

How about disabling it then and leaving only the right sided one?

Note that you can close the window that appears with the "X" if you don't want to use it at that time.
