XF 1.4 Moderator Bar Not Appearing

After a vB 3.8.x import, the moderator bar doesn't appear.

I've done everything I feel like I should. Rebuilt caches, rebuilt master cache. Made sure I have permissions. My user is a true "moderator" and I have enabled permissions.

What am I missing?

hmm... well, I can't seem to delete this post.

My solution: Re-save moderator permissions again. Then it worked.

I guess these permissions don't get rebuilt using the standard cache rebuilding tools?

The moderator toolbar isn't shown via moderator permissions -- it's just shown to moderators by a state check. It sounds like your importer isn't bringing that state across as it should.

Is it the is_moderator flag in the user table? If so, I think I know why it happened with my import.
