Not a bug Moderator Approval Caching issue on v2.3.2

As I've been moving my sites to v2.3+ I'm seeing a caching issue on the moderator approval queue. I select approve/reject/spam on all of them, save it and the page refreshes with the same items still in the list. I check the moderator logs and it shows I marked them properly. When I return to the page a few minutes later, the are cleared. Obviously could be something in my server setup but strange that this just started happening with the move to 2.3. Maybe something has changed with caching overall in the new version and this is the only place I'm seeing it?

Do you encounter this on a default style with add-ons disabled?

When saving the approval queue, a modal should open indicating the items are being processed and the page should not refresh until this has been completed. If the dialog did not open or you navigated to another page before it completed then you might encounter the behavior you're experiencing, but I'm not sure why that would happen unless it were due to a modification or perhaps an ancient browser.
