I'm currently waiting for approval/disapproval from higher-ups of my decision to delete a post in my moderation queue. I usually decide on my own but this one caused me to seek out other opinions.
It would be nice if I could have a "Mark As Read" type of status in addition to Approve, Delete, and Do Nothing. I've considered moving the post to an admin-viewable-only forum, which I think would work if it's a new thread, but the post in question is a reply to an existing thread. If I move it, I'm afraid I will lose the connection to its thread should we decide to approve it.
Would deleting it non-permanently accomplish what I want here? Is that an option?
