Hello there!
We've had this issue on our forums for a long time now, but whenever you move a thread using the inline moderation tool, no matter what your power is, a forum mod, an admin, etc. You are able to move the thread to any forum. Including those that have been archived and long forgotten (inaccessible to the mod / admin in question). Sometimes resulting in a careless mod dumping a thread where they can't see it, and for it to be forgotten for eternity.
I was wondering if there is some way to fix this, perhaps a setting? I wasn't able to find any such setting.
