Mod_rewrite Rules on IIS webserver ?

I have decided to enable mod-rewrite rules on our Windows server using IIS by importing the rewrite rules contained within the .htaccess file within xenForo, however have come unstuck with an issue.

Basically one of the rules will not convert to IIS URL rewrite rules and as such cannot be applied

Below are a couple of screenshots which show the rules imported and the outputted conversions ...

Please can anyone assist with this?

Thanks for the reply Brogan.

Yes I am, however if I create web.config file with the details in your link and place it within the XF root it produces an 'http error 500' message

I do have a web.config file in the root of the website (the XF install is in a directory ../forums) - could that be the issue, ie causing a conflict?
