XF 1.2 Mod Bar not showing up!!! Need Help

Website: www.oo5dynasty.com/community/upload so ive read the website about making my account a mode thru user and then Moderators. I did this and the Mod Bar still isnt showing up on my forum.
So i can see the Reports Bar, But not the Moderation Queue. I am trying to do this on my Admin account but that shouldnt matter. I do think i game my account Mod Permissions before i tried to make the account an actual Mod. Thats mainly because im Bran new to this stuff and im trying to do my website on my own. So is their something i need to do to rest my account so i can see the Mod Bar? do you think its an Add-on that might be stopping the bar from showing up. Any help would be appreciated.

It will only show if there are.

• The Moderator Bar is visible for all users who are made moderators. However, the Moderation Queue and Reported Items are only accessible with the following moderator permissions enabled:
  • Moderation Queue - View moderated threads / posts and Delete thread by anyone and Edit post by anyone.
  • Reported Items - Delete post by anyone or Edit post by anyone.

You can test it by moderating a thread or post.

It should then show up and you can approve the moderated item.
