XF 2.0 Mod actions not working

Apologies of this has already been posted.

But I have found that when I select a post, then try and click the choose action drop down menu, nothing pops up to allow me to do anything.

Using Chrome on Android in mobile view.

I know but the options do not come up.

Can you seen the pop-up with all addons disabled and on a unmodified default style? Any errors in the console or sever error logs?

The only add-on I have is the Tapatalk beta, which I have tried disabling, but the same happens.

As you can see below, the option pops up, but can't click the option.

I've attempted to reproduce it on a slightly older Android device and I can't so far.

I'm not sure if it's an Android 8 thing, but we've had no other reports of this.

If you use the inline moderation checkboxes on conversations in your inbox here (on this site) on your Pixel do you have the same problem?

Nope, the Choose Action is un-clickable in mobile view still.

Can you take a screenshot of how that looks on your mobile after you've clicked on it? Does it open like it does on older versions of Android where you get a list of the entries on screen, or does it do something totally different (and silly), such as display the list directly below the drop down?

I've now tested this on a Google Pixel 2 but one that's running Android 8.0 rather than 8.1.

I'm still not able to reproduce this.

Can we have the specific details of the Android device your mod is using, please? Is it also 8.1?

I thought we had ascertained it wasn't specific to your forum?

If you visit the list of Conversations here at XF.com, you should be able to use "mod actions" on those too (in a user context, obviously, for mass applying things like star/unread states). If that does work here, then yes, it could be specific to your site. If it doesn't work here, then we're more likely looking at a device specific issue.

Hmmm, it does allow me to do choose an action on here.

I have disabled all advertising and still doesn't allow me to select.

It’s probably best to try it on a completely unedited default XF style.

You can do that by creating a new style with no parent.
