On the mobile view, the What's new page doesn't allow you to mark all posts as read on page one, only allows this on page 2+.

Is this known?

Can you screenshot where you're not seeing it? It shows up fine here.

Note that it will only show up on "new posts" explicitly, not the overview page.

So when I click what's new, the mark all read doesn't appear, i didn't realise that when I click view more at the bottom,it then moves to new posts, mark all read appears.

Just to follow up, this is expected then -- the overview is a collection of a small amount of information about what's new in various content types.
