XF 1.5 Mobile Nav Bar Question

When i add new itens on my Nav Bar on my forum, this dont' appear at mobile nav bar. How can i configure that to appear . I use xenforo 1.5 with Ui.X theme, and I add the itens in Nav Bar in Navigation template only.

Depending on where you are adding them in the template, they could be in the dropdown menu.

If they don't appear there also, you will need to ask in the style thread as there could be other factors involved.
