Missing some information in EXIF

Missing in EXIF is if the camera was set on shutter speed, aperture priority, manual, automatic, etc and also missing the kind of measurements as matrix, spot etc. I hope I made myself clear, English is not my language :)
I whish it was also possible to see in the EXIF data.
