XF 1.3 Missing Smilies on Start New Conversation

Hey guys, I am trying to solve this more than 2 hours now , no luck on google / search or looking in Options on my forum.

When my users start a new conversation - they are missing the TOOLS bar - with all the thing there + Smilies

Here is my screen:

What I am missing - how to show this toolbar ?

Check for outdated or customised templates, specifically conversation_add.

No outdated templates at all. I am using 1.3.5 , Also tried to change and revert that conversation_add - but still no luck

Do you see this in the bottom left hand corner of the editor window?

Nope - no such thing - here is mu full screen:

That is the plain text editor, the little lines in the bottom right hand corner denote that.

Check your account settings to make sure "Use the rich text editor to create and edit messages" is checked.

Disable any add-ons you have installed.

Ah this time we have a winner - it was addon: conversation-button-under-avatar.3531

After disable , all is fine.

I then go to look for some add-on settings and found that by default it has disabled advanced editor on start conversation. It all works now.
