Migrating From vB3.8.x Questions

I have a large vbulletin 3.8.x forum (Threads: 1,366,377, Posts: 20,663,439, Members: 302,724) and I'm starting to have server issues.

I'm looking at upgrading the software and I'd prefer to go with Xenforo rather than vB5 however i have a few concerns.

I have a LOT of custom forums, some set up to be invisible to everyone but a specific usergroup and password protected.
I've got several unique usergroups with their own permissions.
I've also got a two tiered paid member usergroup, one annual and one lifetime.

Will these convert over to Xenforo as the same things?
Are there any of the standard vB options that do not carry over to Xenforo?

XF does not have password protected forums.
You would need to use the 'private' node option for those, granting access to specific user groups as required.

User groups and permissions will import but it is recommended to check that they carry over exactly as expected.

Upgrades are built in but recurring upgrades are not carried over - members must set up a new recurring upgrade within XF.
