Hello, I have two questions while i still want to complete the migration from vbulletin 3.8.7 to xenforo2.2.10

I tried to import my content from vb3.8 to xenforo2.2.10
vb database encoding latin1_swedish_ci
Xf database encoding utf8mb4
In the first : I'm having a problem importing content as question mark.
Then one tried & said : that utf8 should be written in the Force character set field instead of latin1
The result was the Arabic texts in the topics and messages like this
ÎáÇÕ äÞÏÑ äÞæá áÇÚÈ ÓíÁ Çæ ÚÇÏí ãÇ ÚäÏå ÌæÏÉ æ ÇáÏáíá æÇÝÞ Úáì ÅÚÇÑÉ ÇáíæÝí æ Ïí ÊÔíáíæ åæ ÇáÑÌÇá Çááí æÇÝÞ Úáì ÇáÊÌÏíÏ ÈÊÎÝíÖ ÑÇÊÈå áÚíæä ÇáíæÝäÊæÓ ãÚ Çäå ÑÇÊÈå ÇÚáì ãä ßÇãÈíÇÓæ ÇßíÏ ÈÓ ÇÞæáß Ïí ÊÔíáíæ æÇÝÞ Úáì ÇáÊÌÏíÏ æ æÇËÞ ãä äÝÓå æ áÇÚÈ ßÈíÑ

2nd Question : can i import the likes from vb 3.8.7 ? ( which was with vbseo )
