Fixed Members Profiles URL's are not canonical.

With threads if you type it wrong it redirects to the correct URL however members profiles are not doing this...

Example I can access my profile via

http://xenforo.com/community/members/ceri-may.135/ Correct
http://xenforo.com/community/member/135/
http://xenforo.com/community/member/some-spam-words.135/
http://xenforo.com/community/members/kier.135/

and the all work, they should be 301 redirecting to the correct resource in my mind...

Heh, I noticed this and exploited it to easily see who the first dozen registered accounts here were.

You would still be able to do that if it redirected at the moment though have duplicate content issues and risk of spam words being placed in the URL...

Yup. The SE considerations are less important if you consider threads & forums as content, and member profiles as extras (not really site content), which I do. But I definitely see where you're coming from. If it were up to me, I'd fix it.
