Fixed Member List User Not Found Message

When on the member list page and you use find member, if there is no results you are redirected to the notable members page, and are greeted with the user not found message.

At first I thought this was by design, but the member_list template has the check in place for displaying the user not found message as well, but it will never be used when there are no results as you are redirected to the notable members page.

I've removed the not found message from the member_list template. This is, of course, left over from when the member_list was default, before the Notable Members page was introduced.
