Lack of interest Member group to bounced state import

For those of us who have bounce management software on other platforms it would be very useful to have an import option to import a bounced usergroup into the bounced user state.
Alternatively it could also work to bulk attribute the bounced state to members 'awaiting email confirmation' with more than 0 posts.
