Member can't stay logged in.

Hello

We have a member who is experiencing difficulty staying logged into the forums even though they are using the "stay logged in" option.

They are using Firefox latest and have tried clearing cache and cookies and relogging back in.. but to no avail.

Any thoughts on what might be causing their issue?

This is usually a browser/cookie issue but it can sometimes be difficult to resolve.
I would normally suggest clearing cache, cookies, etc. but they've already done that.

Is there any chance they can download Google Chrome and try using that to see if they also get the problem with that browser?

That should help to isolate the problem and then we can try and see what's causing it.

Thanks Brogan, I think she might have just answered the question though, seems she has a script blocker in place, which might be causing it I guess?
