XF 2.2 Users can't stay logged on

A day or so ago, a couple users mentioned that they could not stay logged. I thought it was a browser issue, but now it's happening to dozens of members including me. XF core hasn't changed, Any ideas?

Make sure this is enabled:

Admin control panel -> Setup -> Options -> Basic board information -> Enable board URL canonicalization

@AndyB yes, that's checked. Everything was working fine until a day or so ago. Does not seem to be happening on mobile devices.

A million thanks to Andy for helping me resolve this. Turns out it was an addon that I didn't suspect was touching cookies but apparently is.
