XF 2.2 Member Cannot access My Forum

Hi.

One of my members is getting the following message when trying to access my forum. I told her to clear cache and cookies but it made no difference. any idea what it could be please?

You don't have permission to access this resource.

That's a web server error.

Your host will have to look into and resolve that.
