XF 1.4 Member Banners Cut off on User Profile

Can anyone tell me why the user banners are being cut off int he user profile?

As you can see the "Staff" member shows 70% of the way and the "Owner" one shows only 5%... How do I fix this?

Also, how do I fix that HUGE blank space in between my username above "Profile Posts" and the quote from my last status update?

Is this a custom style or did someone perform the changes for you?

You may want to contact them to try and resolve it as it's difficult to tell what the problems are from a screenshot.

You will need to open that ability up for guests to view... or provide a temporary login so that it can be seen. When you go to the profile link, it tells you that you must be logged in to view.
