XF 2.2 Spam on user profile pages

I am getting a lot of spam like this at members/username/about. How do I shut this down?

Ok, but are you saying I need a paid add-on because Xenforo does not have sufficient built-in anti-spam features?
I would be happy to just completely disable the user about page if that is the case, or remove fields like the website from that page in the template.

Yes, I'd say so. Spammers make it past registration and spam the pre-sales section here on a regular basis.

Do you have the StopForumSpam turned on? If not, turn that on, that'll help.

Personally I rather block the spam registrations completely, but that's up to you.

I tried that one. I might be blind of slow on the uptake or both haha but after installing the plugin I can't find where to go to go switch off those fields in the admin.
