Fixed Maybe a bug? Certainly strange behavior

To reproduce the problem:

1. Link your admin account to your facebook account.
2. Log-in by facebook, using remember me
3. Upgrade beta 5 to beta 6
4. Go to you forum URL to verify your site is off-line
5. Enjoy the endless looping reload

Well... I guess this teaches us to just upgrade our forums by logging in normally.

The Facebook login action isn't exempt from the version check, so that's what triggers this. As the regular login stuff is exempt, I'm changing the FB action so that should fix this.
