MassAlert - Send custom alerts to groups of users

Maybe I'm slow, but I can't locate the controls in my ACP. I uploaded the files and imported the xml file...which is listed in my ACP...but where do you use it in the ACP?

You have to be logged in as a Super Admin, I bet this is your problem. I can't remember where the controls were, but they shouldn't be too hard to find once you are in as a super admin.

Ahhh thank you. I was uninstalling and reinstalling it and clicking every field haha

i installed it, used it to send alert several times. Then it doesn't work anymore. It said successfully sent after i sent alert but my users didn't receive any notification. I don't know what's wrong.

The alert pops up for me but, I get the below..
You have no new alerts.

I love this addon but it breaks every 2-3 weeks for no apparent reason.

I've never had an issue with this... however; 1.1 more than likely makes this redundant, with the ability to post notices to specific users / usergroups / forums.

I think notices and alerts serve different purposes. I still use both.

0.0.2 released (changelog above) - to update you'll need to reupload the files and upgrade the addon xml.

Can you please look into the issue where after 2 or 3 weeks it starts sending blank alerts? Thanks!

We are getting the same now as well, and not sure why.

Same problems, after upgrading to 1.1 I stopped using the addon. Hope it gets updated.

Does anyone have a work-around at the moment? My forums really miss this feature. Does anyone know if uninstalling, reinstalling will correct it for at least a short amount of time. Hate to keep doing that, but we really use this feature a good bit.
