XF 1.5 Mass Import Banned Emails

Is there an add-on or feature to import a delimited list of emails into the banned list? Or simply an add-on to ban temporary emails?

I found this amazing list of domains (many of them parking domains of course) that are used as temporary emails and wish to ban them as I've noticed some users using temporary emails on my forum. https://gist.github.com/adamloving/4401361
