XF 1.1 Mass Email

Why is it that when the last time I mass e-mailed my users, it shows only 2,100+ members and not the actual 4,000+ members?

Do I have to do anything to make xenForo's e-mail system recognize the other half of the database?

Does the user count of 4,000+ include banned members?

Which criteria are you using to send emails?

The 4,000 number does not include the depreciated banned or deleted members. The last member that registered has an ID of 57xx.

Standard. Just waltz in and send e-mail.
Or that a bunch of users have chosen not to receive emails from the admin.
You're saying that the other half of my 4,000 members have chosen not to recieve e-mails. :censored: (There needs to be straight face smiley!)

I want to bring the other half back, but I am unsure how to. Hm.

Well, it worked, and then it ran into a server error. I just friggin moved to a new server! :(

Code:
An exception occurred: Mysqli prepare error: MySQL server has gone away in /home/Snip/public_html/codforums.com/library/Zend/Db/Statement/Mysqli.php on line 77
    Zend_Db_Statement_Mysqli->_prepare() in Zend/Db/Statement.php at line 115
    Zend_Db_Statement->__construct() in Zend/Db/Adapter/Mysqli.php at line 381
    Zend_Db_Adapter_Mysqli->prepare() in Zend/Db/Adapter/Abstract.php at line 478
    Zend_Db_Adapter_Abstract->query() in Zend/Db/Adapter/Abstract.php at line 825
    Zend_Db_Adapter_Abstract->fetchOne() in XenForo/Error.php at line 50
    XenForo_Error::unexpectedException() in XenForo/Application.php at line 309
    XenForo_Application::handleException()
Meanwhile, I pressed the back button, and it's reprocessing from where I left to this error.

EDIT: E-mail sent to 4028 Members! YAY! :)
