Fixed markdown handles smiles

If there are smiles like * Smile* then they will be converted to markdown
*SMILE* to [I]SMILE[/I]

Change log:

Disable inline Markdown matches that are known to be smilies. (Note this only applies to exact matches.)

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
