Fixed Mark Forums Read when in a category only does the whole forum, not child forums

This could be classed as a bug or a suggestion but when in a category, clicking the Mark Forums Read button only has the option for all forums.

Ideally it should also give the option for the child forums.

More of a suggestion I suppose, as it doesn't look like we've ever supported this for categories, but because of the change to dual purpose the mark read link, this is definitely confusing.

Just ran across this issue myself and got to searching. Any plans on actually implementing this?

I made some tweaks, so XF2 has this implemented now.
