Lack of interest Manual Registration Approval: Error Message

when "Manual Registration Approval" is activated in ACP:

1)
a new user registers at the website

2)
new user has not yet confirmed his "E-mail-address" (user has not clicked the Confirmation-Link in the E-mail)

3)
the user is presented with this screen:






4)
when user clicks the Link "Edit your account details", he will be forwarded to an "Error-message" saying:
"You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."



Issue:
This is highly confusing for a new user.


Suggestion:
Remove this Link named "Edit your account details".

I am wondering if the fix was also applied at this screen ?

When the user is logged-out and is clicking onto the "Confirmation Link" in the E-mail.
