Mandrill Setup?

I have set up Mandrill to handle the outgoing emails from my site:

..but for some reason no emails are being received (+ no server errors).

Is there something obvious I have missed?

Sometimes mandrill sending is delay, specifically route to gmail.
Or maybe you hit your quota per hour.

I only sent one email. It was about two hours ago and it was to an outlook.com account.

Isn't the username your actual username and not your email address.

Where do I add that?

Nowhere, its a Menu inside the Mandrill App where you see all outgoing Mails.

The other settings should work, too. For me they do.

I know that you've fixed it, but here are the ports that are used by Mandrill.

You can use port 25, 587, or 2525 if you're not encrypting the communication between your system and Mandrill or if you want to use the STARTTLS extension (also known as TLS encryption).

SSL is supported on port 465.

Yes.
I'm using mandrill smtp and XF Bounce management.

No, you can use a dummy gmail on that part.
and forward all bounce email from mandrill.

You can fill that form but not with mandrill values.
