Does anyone undertake to manage an entire XenForo installation including a wide range of add-ons and a style like TH Material Design?
We would like to add more features to our site including some more commercial content based on resource manager but we do not have the resources to either develop or manage such things. I messed up our migration from vBulletin and after almost a year of going live I find the site is still taking up an inordinate amount of my time.
We lost a lot of images on the initial import and after getting most of those recovered, they got clobbered again when I tried to import the remainder into Media Gallery. I am comfortable with php etc. and databases, but I have not yet learned the XenForo environment well enough to be comfortable just fixing things.
Our site is part of an educational not for profit organization with a focus on time and timekeeping artifacts. We are funded by donations, membership dues and advertising. We can afford to have professional help, but probably not a full time position.
We have over 1 million posts and our earliest threads and posts date from 2002.
It is currently 11:45 Sunday evening in Boston. I do this as a volunteer.
