Post actions are generally end user actions (e.g. Edit, Delete, Report). Seems like "IP" link for moderators/admins should be an inline moderation action rather than post action, as this is much cleaner. No need to have a link on every post for something you are going to use once in a blue moon. Much cleaner to select the post and get an inline moderation action for check IP for post (only shown if one post selected).
