Fixed Inline moderation action Unapprove threads does nothing when processing deleted threads

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a soft deleted thread for inline moderation
2. Select inline moderation action Unapprove threads
3. Click button Go

Expected Result
Thread is put into approval queue (Preferred)
or
The thread keeps its deletion status and is still selected for inline moderation

Actual Result
The thread keeps its deletion status and is not selected for inline moderation any longer

This is confusing as there is no indication at all that nothing was done.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.12).

Change log:

When trying to unapprove a deleted thread, undelete it and put it in the approval queue
