Make a Responsive Image

sorry for my bad

i want to try make a banner to ad_above_top_breadcrumb place. W 720 and H 45
all it's ok, but if i try to view it via smartphone it is not responsive, how to solve this problem?

Set max width for the image CSS or use media queries to display different images at different widths.

Set the width to a percentage and use max-width - it should help, just play with the percentage.
There may be better ways but that should get you close.
