Hi,
i have switched from vBulletin to XenForo past month...XenForo is beautiful and useful!

I think it needs a little customisation imo but I'm sure that is something on your todo list. The gallery looks great, I do like the layout of this indeed. When hitting your landing page (frontpage) there's a lot of moving flashing elements like the scrolling stuff, the flashing banner but I think you should do something with the visuals or purchase a style, create one if you can to make it more inviting.
