I am a solo biz guy and not technical. This seems to require a bit of knowledge and know how..correct? I have a website . Could add this if I knew how to?Also, is it easy to create my format / layout? Or what would it cost to get the tech and layout help?

Yes. It's basically uploading files via FTP/cPanel (make sure two directories have 777 perm), creating a database and following some other instructions.

If it's just changing some colors, then yeah. Otherwise you'll need HTML, CSS and xenForo template knowledge. I'll send you a PM.
