Looking to move a big vb 4.x forum - need professional help

Hello,
I plan to move from vb to Xenforo, we have around 1,5mil threads, 8mil posts and 500k users. We're hosted on a fully-managed service, but we would like to hire a XenForo professional for the transition. I tried to look around on this forum, but haven't found any informations regarding such a "service" or where to find professionals who could help us with the move. I'm thankful for any help
