Looking To Hire Somebody To Install XenForo

My birthday is later this month and I should be getting some money.

I have played around with the XenForo demo a few dozen times.

I like what I saw.

I have decided to setup my own XenForo forum.

I intend it to be used only for fanfics and such.

No one will be able to upload images. If they want an image they'll have to link to an offsite one. This should cut down on how much server room is used.

Also is 10 GB enough space? Or should I go with the 100 GB one? I intend this forum to become as popular as SB, SV, and QQ.

Hello !

Im not someone you can hire but as I already been like you, I can give you some tips:

• Here you can browse good service providers over this board. I personally use @MattW services whenever I need since Im not technical. Here you can check is threads and his voucher
• If you are starting a board from scratch, don't start buying everything that you think you need. Enhanced Search for example is commonly used for large boards and unless you already have some way to bring thousands of users to your forum, skip it for now. Your board wont even have content to be found.. why an enchanced search ? hehe
• Add-on Install & Upgrade 1.3.4 is really a good thing, we have over here some tutorials on how to install addons, you can do it easy. Trust me. After installing this addon you will be able to install any other addon that you mentioned using it, so you wont have to pay someone to do that. Its really simple, trust me. You find the package of the addon downloaded, browse it and put for instalation.
  
• Man, you mentioned some good addons but another tip that I give you is: xenforo is a great and complete system. There are some amazing paid addons but if you don't have a board yet, you are not sure how much they will improve the user experience. Start it as default, grab (free or paid) a good style, a logo and keep improving your forum as much as you can before getting any addon.

This last tip is based 100% in experience. When I founded my forum I have read every single addon here and spent more than $300 in addons. Many of them I never enjoyed their full potential. Even knowing they were usefull, my members didn't need them that time at least.

Buy your addons by demand. If you or your members need it. Based on how they behave you will find out when its time for an improvement.

Unlike some of the other hosts around here we don't rent servers or even worse just resell another company labeling it as us.. I own all my hardware and is all co-located at a data center here in Kansas City Missouri

How much does your hosting cost per year? Is it cheaper and/or better than the Telus thing I was thinking of using? They're offering 10 GB disk space and unlimited monthly transfer for $77 a year. If you can offer me the same or better for that price or cheaper then I'd love to hear about it. Let me know.

Actually, you don't need to hire anyone, you can do it by yourself. Just install XenForo with centmin mod by @eva2000 and you are good to go. There are tons of tutorial on Centmin Mod Forum.

This is right. I have shared hosting with @MattW (highly recommended) and ES works fine.
