Looking for php communities, need help

I'm learning PHP. Every once in a while I run into a snag and need some help. I'm looking for some active communities out there that have forums where people can post their questions/challenges. In addition, it'd be nice if they have in-house tuts, although I do realize that tuts can be found all over the net, so this is more of a bonus than anything else.

There's no better place than Stack Overflow if you have any PHP (or any other language) related questions.

Kind of a different type of "community." May work I guess.

I was expecting there to be several submissions...not sure if it is the community traffic that has declined or just that there isn't much of a demand for that type of community.
