Hello friends,

I do a lot of emailing and I am looking for a good way to keep track of all the people I email. Many of them are either interested to be clients or they are already clients. I need a smart client management tool.

Anyone know what I should use?

I think the more appropriate term for you might be "Customer Relationship Management".

CRM Software usually keeps an address book and allows you to keep notes and quotes and invoices that you send to each one, etc.
