Logging in points to /index.php?login/login

What is configured wrong here?

login/login is actually the correct URL after the login has been submitted.

The fact you aren't reaching it via POST seems like there may be some sort of customisation causing that. Can you replicate the same issue with all add-ons disabled and on the default style?
