Adding to the forum an additional language, enter a user and select the language, but on a login page in the admin panel, set english (although Leng phrase is translated and) after authorization - all in the previously selected language.
Fixed this locally now. When you get the admin CP page, it's shown in the default language of the board, because you're actually a guest to it. I've changed it to now pull your public session's language, if there is one.
