We had an issue with something invoking a Defered job for "ThreadDelete". Statically, I know it can only be invoked by the Forum Datawriter. In really, with an ecosystem of add-ons, it's impossible to know.
I would like to have a "log" of which Deferred tasks were scheduled, and if possible, including the PHP Backtrace of who added them. It is fine if this log is only kept for some time.
It would really help with Debugging weird issues
