XF 1.3 Load attachment by just ID

Is it possible to load an attachment by just the ID in the url, we converted our VB blogs to XF blogs but have to come up with a rewrite as we just have the ID in our old url's

Yep.

This attachment: http://xenforo.com/community/attachments/ss-2014-01-09_15-31-59-png.64533/

Can be loaded using just its ID:

http://xenforo.com/community/attachments/64533/

For almost everything the title part of the URL can be removed.

e.g. this thread:

http://xenforo.com/community/threads/72548/
