XF 2.1 Links in alert

Hi, if i press alert/Bell: https://xenforo.com/community/account/alerts
In my alerts there is links in the alert when i get mentioned, the post is in a forum i follow and if there is a post in a thread i follow.

When someone reacts to me there is no link in the alert.
Is it possible to activate link in alert for reactions?
Or is it something thats not possible?
