I omitted the most important thing:
The email you get shows the users' avatar and the user's emailaddress and the mail links to the forum twice. If the user who sent a mail through the contact-form *is* a member it would be great to have a link directly to the profile of this member.
They always need some changes to their profile, so it would be neat to get to the profile with one click instead of c/p their emailaddress and searching for the user.
